This is a three courses menu inspired by Italian recipes but with an international twist and added flavours.

Squash and almonds homemade ravioli, goat cheese and sage sauce (v)

Scotch beef rib eye steak, slow roasted cherry tomatoes, saffron potatoes stack, garlic butter

Seared tuna steak, braised fennel, grilled polenta, capers and lemon salsa

Sea bass fillet, saffron new potatoes saute, artichokes hearts, basil oil

Roasted pork tenderloin, apple and radicchio salad,potatoes gratin, Marsala and mustard sauce
